Refund Policy
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
General Conditions
- Processed custom PC orders are not covered by change-of-mind returns
- Items must be assessed before refund, repair, or replacement is confirmed
- Warranty, DOA, shipping damage, or defective product claims should be submitted through the RMA process
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are returned to the original card, account or other payment method used for the purchase. This maintains a clear transaction record and helps protect against fraud. If the original account has been closed or the card has expired, we may ask for confirmation from your financial institution before arranging an alternative refund method.
